1. Acceptance

By accessing appdogwoodcore.click or engaging Dogwood Core Analytics Co., Ltd. ("Dogwood Core," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Dogwood Core provides recruitment funnel analytics engagements including diagnostic reviews, source audits, workshops, and briefings as described on this site. Specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined in a separate statement of work or engagement letter signed by both parties.

3. Website use

You may browse this site for informational purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape content for commercial republication without permission, or use the site in any manner that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, chart templates, and written materials we create remain our intellectual property unless otherwise assigned in writing. Client data you provide remains yours. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to you for internal business use upon full payment unless the statement of work states otherwise.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate ATS exports and related information, obtain necessary internal approvals to share data with us, and designate a contact for kickoff and readout scheduling. Delayed data handoff may shift delivery dates without penalty to Dogwood Core.

6. Disclaimer

Analytics findings reflect data supplied and scope agreed at kickoff. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, fill dates, or financial results from acting on recommendations. Information on this site is general and not professional advice until confirmed in a signed engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of Korea, Dogwood Core shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea, with preference for courts competent in Chungcheongnam-do where permitted by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
