2. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, engagement selection, optional requisition count, and message content.
• Client engagements: business contact details, ATS exports, recruiting metrics, and communications related to project delivery.
• Website technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookie identifiers when analytics cookies are accepted.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted analytics services, improve site performance, and comply with legal obligations. Inquiry and contract performance are the primary bases for client-related processing.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained up to 24 months unless an engagement begins. Client project data is deleted within 90 days of report delivery unless a longer archive period is specified in the statement of work. Analytics logs are retained up to 14 months.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with hosting providers, email services, and analytics processors under contract. Client candidate-level data from ATS exports is processed only for the agreed engagement and not used for unrelated purposes.

6. International transfers

Our primary systems are located in the Republic of Korea. If we use processors outside Korea, we apply appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and access restrictions consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements.

7. Your rights
