Refund Policy

Overview

This policy applies to paid analyst engagements with Dogwood Core Analytics Co., Ltd.: diagnostic reviews, source audits, charting workshops, and monthly briefing retainers. Specific terms in your signed statement of work prevail if they differ.

Deposits

Diagnostic reviews and audits require a 40 percent deposit on signing. Workshop fees are due seven days before the session date. Deposits confirm scheduling and initial analyst allocation.

Cancellation by client

• More than 14 days before kickoff or workshop: Full deposit refund minus any third-party costs already incurred.
• 7–14 days before: 50 percent of deposit retained; remainder refunded.
• Less than 7 days before: Deposit non-refundable unless we can reallocate the slot.

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 7 days before the original kickoff or workshop date. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩150,000 administrative fee.

Work already started

If you cancel after data intake and cleaning have begun, fees for completed work are non-refundable. We will deliver partial findings proportional to work completed when feasible.

No-shows

Missed readout sessions or workshops without 48 hours notice are billed as delivered. We offer one rescheduled session at our discretion.

Monthly briefing retainer

Retainers require three months minimum. Early termination after month one forfeits the remaining minimum commitment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused months are not refunded but may be converted to credit toward a diagnostic review within six months.

Non-refundable items

• Travel expenses already booked for on-site readouts
• Printed chart appendices shipped to client offices
• Work completed and delivered in report or chart form

Cancellation by Dogwood Core

If we cancel an engagement due to unforeseen circumstances, we refund all fees paid for undelivered work or offer rescheduling at your choice.

Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may require additional details for verification.
