Hiring managers rarely ask for more metrics. They ask whether the pipeline can fill the role by a date, which source produced the last three hires, and where candidates similar to a recent offer decliner tend to exit.

Our standard readout pack answers those three questions on the first three pages. Page one: open requisitions with projected fill dates based on current stage velocity. Page two: source attribution for the last six months of starts. Page three: exit-stage histogram for the relevant job family.

Everything else—cohort comparisons, regional splits, recruiter workload overlays—supports those pages rather than leading with them. Executives stay engaged longer when the opening charts connect to decisions they already planned to make.

We keep typography large and axis labels plain. Engraved-style numerals work as accents; jargon does not. A hiring director in Suwon told us she finally stopped printing our charts to draw on them—that was the bar we wanted to clear.
